Being a national level tennis player, Tanveer was always close to & fascinated with the concepts of health and wellness. During his entrepreneurial journey, he realised the growing obsession of Indians towards "blind" health, extreme diets and expensive supplements.Tanveer knew that none of these generic solutions are tailored, he believed that for health to be high-performance, it had to be high-data. It was this belief and his love for fitness that helped lay the foundation of Sova.

Trained at the Weizmann Institute, Max brought the background of rigor of clinical research and microbiome science. His conviction was simple: to make a health intervention that is evidence-based and delivers real results.
